Passionate about his job and former pastry chef of many starred restaurants, Cédric is now happy to surprise you with his personalized recipes. Supported by his partner Coline, he opens the doors to his sweet world ... or not much. Indeed, Cédric's pastries have the particularity of being very little sweet, accentuating the taste of the ingredients that awaken the taste buds with balanced flavor combinations. Herbs, spices, aromas or even vegetables, he is in perpetual search for perfection with pastries with astonishing marriages, small works of art that are as beautiful to look at as they are delicious to taste. His attention to detail goes as far as the selection of worked products that are local, fresh, organic and seasonal, a desire to respect the environment and promote his terroir.
