Le Méjane is a beautiful story of friendship that brings together Lionel and Simon, two former employees of Michel Bras who put their know-how and creativity at the service of your taste buds. At the reception, Lionel invites you to follow him into an air-conditioned and cozy room that is almost intimate, which highlights raw materials such as stone and wood, offering a warm atmosphere to the place. In the kitchen, Simon cuts, cooks, seasons and simmers tasty and refined recipes, perfectly mastering the art of savory, but also that of sweet with the work of tea and vegetables in his perfectly balanced pastries. Another great fixed price 5 course meal in this fabulous small but chic restaurant near the River in Espallion. The cuisine was cooked and served to perfection. The menu was well balanced and ended with a great choice if cheese.
