At lunchtime, the chef treats you to market cuisine while in the evening, the recipes are more refined. Meat, fish or vegetables, the products used are of high quality, sourced as locally as possible to offer you the best of the region. This relay from producer to plate is a privilege for the chef who takes pleasure in sublimating the work of his suppliers.
