  Open all year round, Bontemps welcomes you from Friday to Sunday for lunch, and from Wednesday to Saturday for dinner. At lunchtime, the chef treats you to market cuisine while in the evening, the recipes are more refined. Meat, fish or vegetables, the products used are of high quality, sourced as locally as possible to offer you the best of the region. This relay from producer to plate is a privilege for the chef who takes pleasure in sublimating the work of his suppliers. Just in his cooking and seasoning, he offers you a frank and unfussy cuisine, where you can find the taste of each ingredient. Let yourself be seduced by the short menu with fresh products!

The warm atmosphere is reinforced by a smiling and friendly welcome, an invitation to relax for lunch or dinner. To make you have a good time tasting good homemade dishes, that is the simple wish of chef Pascal and his team. Take advantage of the mild winter to settle into the restaurant's cozy room, a magnificent outdoor space awaits you in the summer. Guinguette? Small plates? Brazier? What a wonderful surprise!! Having come for an archaeological diving course at Cap Découverte with my son, I booked a few days before at "Le Bon Temps", after reading the enthusiastic comments... and if sometimes you can be surprised (negatively I mean!), this evening the surprise was a real joy. Already the contact on the phone when booking was extremely kind and friendly, and the welcome earlier was just as pleasant, as if we were being welcomed by friends, without pretension, without pretense, but simply with a smile and a few warm words. And what followed was a treat, from the starters to the desserts and the main courses, my son and I had different dishes and shared them... and we were both charmed by what we tasted, the quality of the products, the cooking, the seasoning, the presentation and an extremely reasonable price... I think I will come back with my wife to spend an evening in Albi, having taken care to reserve a table to introduce her to "Le Bon Temps". Congratulations on your work and thank you for the heart you put into preparing our meal. We had a wonderful and delicious evening thanks to you and also a little thanks to the musicians who accompanied the Fête de la Musique in this magnificent city of Albi. A real treat!

Although we enjoyed our food, the next day we both had very upset stomachs for a full day. The seating outside was as cool as possible though they could use a fan on hot nights, and because the chairs don't really match the tables you can't scoot up to your table to eat comfortably. We were fairly uncomfortable. It's probably a great place for evening drinks with friends but it wasn't worth the upset stomachs.

A wonderful discovery. The team is very welcoming; the chef came to give details about the menu and returned later to share his recipe for a particularly successful dessert! All the dishes were delicious and perfectly cooked. The terrace is very pleasant in the evening, with a view of the cathedral. You can sense a caring team who love what they do!
