It offers delicious pure ewe's milk cheeses: Roquefort PDO, plain or flavoured pure ewe's milk tommes and ewe's milk cheeses for salads. Matured in Roquefort, these cheeses can be found on the menus of our two restaurants: Le Comptoir de Gabriel and Crêperie la Bergerie.

At Le Comptoir de Gabriel, customers are welcomed by a team of passionate and attentive staff, who are delighted to welcome you to a beautifully decorated dining room. Elegant and stylish, it offers a warm atmosphere in which to gather with family and friends to share a delicious meal. Treat yourself to an all-you-can-eat buffet from starter to dessert. Sylvie offers new creations every day. You can also try a traditional local dish such as Aligot-saucisse or a grilled local meat dish - the plates are generous and delicious. La Bergerie, a crêperie serving local produce in Roquefort-sur-Soulzon

Open between May and September, La Bergerie is a must in the heart of the village of Roquefort, next to the Place de l'Église. Step through the door of this unusual restaurant that looks like a Roquefort cellar, with a cosy, intimate vaulted dining room and typical regional decor that immerses you in the world of cheese. Galettes, of course, but also salads and hot dishes are on the menu, made with cheeses from Maison Gabriel Coulet and local produce. Plates of charcuterie, cheese platters and gourmet desserts such as crêpes add a sweet touch to your meal, along with ewe's milk ice creams. All prepared by Jean-Claude and served by Laura.
