  Take a seat in our warm and welcoming dining room. Completely renovated, it features reassuringly warm colors that make you want to curl up and bask. Defined as Albi's future "House of Happiness" by Gabriel and Ilona, Pachamama is named after a mother goddess among the Incas in South America. With Latin tapas (called bocas), salads, revisited pizzas and dishes inspired from around the world, the restaurant treats you to recipes made with fresh, local produce. The kitchen's long opening hours mean you can enjoy homemade dishes until 10:30pm in the evening, either in the air-conditioned dining room or on the spacious terrace. We are quite satisfied ☺️ The buyers hit the nail on the head! This brewery has become very attractive and attractive. The atmosphere is hassle-free with very pleasant waitresses and waiters 😄 The quality of the ingredients is really good, the dishes are good or even very good and very well presented! A little crush on the Caesar salad! ❤️ The choice of products on the menu is well done, very well done. I decided to give these 4 stars 🌟 as encouragement, the service could be improved. The wait for service is long, even very long (40 minutes of waiting between each dish), but this is understandable because the establishment is quickly taken by storm! And that’s very good 👍 You have to give them time to get used to it. Once again the waitresses and waiters are ADORABLE! As for the main course, everything is excellent, we will return with our eyes closed, just maybe review the quantity for the lemon dessert 😅 Well done 🎉

We came to spend an evening as a group of 6! Reservation recommended ++ in case of eating dishes or tapas on site! In a clearly Hispanic setting, smiling staff overall, we were served by Benjamin aka Ben the 🐐! Welcoming, light-hearted to support our teasing moods, always attentive, when there are people do not hesitate to look for them if you need a drink or other, understand that the service and the flow are intensifies the more the evening passes 😌 He and his colleagues were very present, without overdoing it! In terms of food and cocktails, honestly I think we took half of the menu between us and not a single one made a face or reacted badly to each dish or drink that was served to us! For a good evening with friends or a date, this place is ideal for good times! 😌

First visit to Pachamama, and what a discovery!! We are still looking forward to the kitchen!! Simply excellent! The “tacos with dog” tapas... I could have eaten a second one! The wine, simply excellent. And the “Ace, no thanks” cocktail is a real treat! The waitress was really lovely. The setting is great! Dessert finished us off. We will come back to discover other recipes. Well done to the whole team
