  Every stay is different at the Ancienne Auberge, a magnificent residence that has 8 rooms with a unique atmosphere, decorated with particular care. Put down your suitcases and admire the breathtaking view of the picturesque village or the surrounding nature. All equipped with a private bathroom, the rentals have certain particularities such as a four-poster bed, a lounge area or exposed beams, giving an undeniable cachet to the rooms of this charming hotel. The TV and the ceiling fan reinforce the modern comfort of these exceptional rooms with a surface area of 30 to 50 m2, which can accommodate 2 to 3 privileged people with double beds or single beds according to your needs.

Wow! We ate here for dinner last night. Apparently we were lucky to get in as its not always open to non guests for dinner. This was one of the nicest meals my wife and I have ever had the privilege of eating. 3 courses of absolute perfection, not only that but the chef came out and discussed the meal with us. It was such a wonderful treat. Thank you 😍 I won't discuss the entire menu but for dessert alongside other items there was a strawberry and basil sorbet. Strawberry and basil, who knew?!?!

Very charming restaurant with a rich history, professional warm welcome and a perfectly executed meal! The evening was great from start to finish. We were so glad to have picked this place for our dinner and as a bonus to have learned a bit about it's history. Thank you Greg and Emma!

The best place to stay in the Tarn. Puycelsi has what we all need. Beautiful views, peaceful walks and most important Madame Dorothy Alexander the owner of the hotel provides a welcoming charm. Do not miss out on the great breakfast in the garden or inside this wonderfully decorated old convent. The rooms are clean and large. We stayed for a week and had nothing but a wonderful time with everyone. The suggestions given by Dorothy where always helpful and allowed us to design our vacations as we wanted. The food in the village was great. The many shops from the local pottery shop to the artist gallery was enough for everyone. Do not miss out on this Hotel. Peace ds
