The Rayssaguel Farm is above all a family affair. Attached to their Lands like a tree to its roots, Paul and Renée Rolland cultivate a taste for the Terroir and Tradition.
"We have never felt so much like peasants as today."
For more than 50 years, the farm has been located in the heart of the TARN near Albi and covers more than 73 Hectares. It is the 3rd Generation of breeders, today Alexandre, Catherine, Églantine and Marc Rolland who manage and develop the family farm run for a long time by their parents Paul and Renée.
On these Albigensian lands, the Rayssaguel Farm raises Mulard duck, Veal and Limousin beef to transform them and offer you farm products made on the farm with the flavors of the South West. Its rural and charming hotel welcomes you in formula Gîtes, Bed and Breakfast with its gourmet tables d'hôtes to find memories of yesteryear.
