The Eighty One Brewing craft brewery, craft beers in a small town, in Soual in the Tarn!

David and Antonin are happy to welcome you by appointment or from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. to their production site, a real craft brewery on a human scale, it is for the quality of their products that they are renowned!

In their old building with its ornate framework, you will discover vats, pipes, bottles, bags of malt in abundance, in addition to the authentic and friendly personality of our two young brewers!

The Eighty One brewery, a welcoming universe where sharing and kindness are key words. They created their universe around their passions, beer, nature and sport in addition to harmonious and elaborate recipes. It is always with passion that they will share with you brewing tips or surrounding places to visit, knowing the surroundings like the back of their hand.

You will find a permanent range in bottles:

• Wheat IPA : a hoppy beer with exotic fruit flavors.
• A traditional Lager : a blond beer with Germanic accents, malty and thirst-quenching.
• A Triple : a round and generous coppery blond beer with seasonal yeasts.

But also…

The Eighty One brewery, ephemeral beers called “craft” presented at the biggest French beer festivals.

It is through their multiple and varied brews that they explore the entire universe of beer, no limits to exploration.

Imperial Stouts, IPA, DDH IPA, Fruit Sours, Goses are all styles that they master and offer you. You will find at least three rotating references of the moment with meticulous designs, everyone will find the beer that suits them.

Not forgetting the classic services of a brasserie, namely:

• Rental of beer taps (beer pumps) and all the equipment to serve at a wedding, birthday, private party or large-scale event.
• Direct sales , bottled beers, 44cl cans, gift boxes.
• Group reception.
• Professional custom brewing.
