  Nestled in a green setting on the heights of the village of Cuq-Toulza, the Cuq en Terrasses restaurant, now open all year round, welcomes you for a peaceful break in the nature of the Tarn, 15 minutes from Puylaurens. Sit on the magnificent terrace or in the pretty glass room to admire the breathtaking view of the Girou valley. In winter and summer, Cuq en Terrasses is a privileged address for a feast.

  The disconnection is immediate when you arrive in front of this magnificent stone residence, a former 18th century presbytery renovated with care and great taste. The eyes are delighted before the taste buds in a unique setting with a sublime panorama that opens onto the plain and the Pyrenees mountain range. Once kindly installed by Charline who supervises the room, it is the turn of Bastien the chef to surprise you with delicious recipes made with finesse. Their careers with great starred chefs such as Michel Sarran, Pierre Lambinon or Stéphane Tournié are revealed in the plates combining technique, accuracy of taste and balance of flavors, but also in the service that values French know-how and the art of the table. You will be seduced by this wonderful duo who awaits you, surrounded by a competent and passionate team.
  
  Cuq en Terrasses, an environmentally friendly restaurant in the Tarn
  From Friday to Sunday lunchtime, the 3-course "discovery" menu is offered, while for dinner from Wednesday to Sunday evening, you have the choice between the 4-course "garden" menu or the 6-course "flavors" menu. The region is in the spotlight in Bastien's heartfelt cuisine through local, fresh and seasonal products , but also ingredients directly from his vegetable garden. Tomatoes, cucumbers and zucchini in summer give way to squash and cabbage in winter, vegetables worked from the earth to the plate for the greatest pleasure of your palates. Every gesture is thought out by the entire house to cook with respect for nature and the environment with the installation of a compost, a recycling system and a chicken coop for organic waste.
  The little extra: Group reception at any time of the year for professionals and individuals.

Great B&B and restaurant! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are many places to see all within a 2 hour range so this was a good base for us. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Restaurant is excellent. Very talented young chef!

We had such a special few days here. From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome. This place has such beautiful charm. From the gardens (and the little spots around the grounds to relax and enjoy the views) to the pool and the room itself. We took the room with the private balcony and bath. It was perfect for us. Such a special house and design. The food was stunning. I felt so looked after as a vegan - and my partner enjoyed the full menu. Elegant, subtle and sophisticated. We enjoyed learning that so much of the dish was picked metres away in the garden. The team really knows what they’re doing. Such a relaxing and special place. We felt so looked after by Charline, Bastian and the whole team with just the right amount of kindness, friendliness and privacy.

I have eaten here on many occasions and have yet to be disappointed. The food and service are exceptional. Andonis the chef often creates little master pieces of taste and presentation. The restaurant setting is amazing - its a perfect place for a sunset on a warm summers night - one of my favorite restaurants in the world.
