The Haut Languedoc Regional Nature Park Nature Reserves in Labastide-Rouairoux

The Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park is one of the most beautiful natural parks in France. Straddling the Tarn and the Hérault, it is an unusual environment, nestled between the Grands Causses of Aveyron and the Mediterranean Sea.

The park is a large natural area, classified as “Natura 2000”. It brings together different environments and is home to many species, especially birds of prey. To find out, all kinds of activities and sports are available to you. Many hiking trails crisscross the park. There is something for all levels: from simple walks to trail running in the heart of nature. The park can also be visited by bicycle. Mountain bikers will have thrills on the mountain paths. While families will appreciate the quiet “PassPaïs” cycle path.
