Had hier geboekt via Booking.com voor 1 nacht. Was op doorreis met de moto. Helaas een zeer slechte ervaring. Bij aankomst stond ik voor een gesloten poort. Geen enkele reactie op de bel aan de poort. Ben toch op het domein kunnen komen maar was onaangenaam verrast toen ik voor het gebouw van de receptie stond. Geen enkel licht was aan en alle deuren waren gesloten. Blijkbaar heeft de receptie daar een sluitingsdag op woensdag. Op dit domein aankomen op een woensdag is dus niet mogelijk. Wees gewaarschuwd want op sluitingsdagen is er dus niemand te bespeuren of te bereiken van personeel. Aan de ingang van het receptiegebouw hingen een aantal telefoonnummers welke ik allemaal meerdere keren heb opgebeld. Enkel de algemene nummer van de overkoepelende organisatie was bereikbaar. Die konden helaas niets voor mij betekenen. Die helpdesk gaf me een telefoonnummer voor noodgevallen. De telefoonnummer voor noodgevallen hing ook op een papier aan de inkom van het receptiegebouw. Het ergste is dus dat ik wel 10 pogingen heb gedaan om iemand te bereiken op het telefoonnummer voor noodgevallen. Nooit werd er opgenomen en kwam telkens op een voicemail terecht. Hoop dat je als klant nooit een echt noodgeval hebt op dit domein op een woensdag want dan sta je er werkelijk alleen voor. Het telefoonnummer voor noodgevallen is dus compleet waardeloos. Mijn conclusie is dus niet aankomen op een woensdag want dan is er niemand om je in te checken of te helpen. Geld voor de overnachting is verloren want dit was via Booking.com al betaald en is non-refundable.
