  First time for us at Koukano campsite. We were in a chalet, the accommodation is very good in terms of size, the view is very beautiful over the lake, there is all the necessary equipment, air conditioning and the dishwasher are a big plus. On the other hand, the accommodation was very dirty when we arrived and this did not date from the previous occupants, there is clearly a lack of cleaning and maintenance and this is not just because of the insects. Blackish liquid that flows when we take our shower, dust and cobwebs everywhere, nest of multiple insects, roof of the terrace full of moss. When we arrived we were put under a bit of pressure to make the accommodation clean, we reported the problem, someone came to vacuum it but the problem was not there. Pool side is very good, numerous relaxation areas, the water at a correct temperature, a snack bar open all day, several pools. There is no supervision so you shouldn't stray too far from the children when the teenagers are jumping around without paying attention. There are many activities, during the day a lot of sports, and in the evening various nice games but very basic for a 4 star, only one speaker during the week, which was very good by the way. Nothing for the children apart from a boom in the evening, the night pool party was reserved for teenagers. On the site we had seen lots of foam with children jumping at the edge of the pool but we were not allowed to see it this last week, the children were very disappointed. On several occasions we felt and understood that for the staff it was the last week of the season and it was a shame, the games and the canvases protecting from the sun at the paddling pool were picked up, the treasure hunt for the children in the campsite could no longer be done because there were no posters, no moss at the edge of the pool etc.. we were told that this was normal because it was the last week, we do not agree with this, we are starting to close when customers have left, not before, it's like clearing the table while people are still eating. We came the last week of the school holidays in August, not out of season and therefore the service should be the same for a similar price, you will not risk filling the last week if you do it like this it was already closed. The Kids club is good, open often zt offers to take the children for a full day during the week, and an evening on another day, it's nice to spend some time with adults or go visit something. The entertainment team is very good overall, especially the one who takes care of the archery, I forgot his first name, and the director is very nice too. At the reception it was less warm, we don't want to hear people complaining about their work when we come on vacation, especially when we work 70 hours a week all year round. To conclude, it is a pleasant family place with the services of a 4 star but which lacks a little pep to leave a special memory for our vacation.

  We spent 15 days in the campers area, a couple with 4 children, 4 years old, 13 years old, 13 years old and 17 years old.. the location was really spacious. Grasses and shade. The sanitary facilities are very good and clean 👌 The campsite is large but on a human scale. Various spaces, the pool area is great, several pools, several atmospheres and we always find a place to relax. The entertainment always at the top! All day long, a varied entertainment program for everyone. It starts for the more sporty with jogging at 9 a.m. (which I haven't tried 🤪 The teen children's clubs with great facilitators! I loved the aquagym without fuss and with a good laugh. The unusual competitions, even if we don't participate, we have fun! Every evening there are various evening activities, external speakers or camp entertainers who offer great shows with guaranteed laughter and emotions, dancing evenings...ect... There is something for everyone... The football volleyball pétanque area is incredible. The lake allows for a peaceful, relaxing stroll. Camping in the countryside for a good time to disconnect and a real camping holiday in a very good family spirit. This campsite is incredible, I really congratulate everyone. staff for their involvement and their values, the camping spirit is there, well done💪✌️😍 I don't know all the campsites but this one is the best for me, some campsites should take example! The children only want one thing, to come back! See you soon.
