    • Irish Pub The Quay, an authentic Irish address in the heart of Castres

Experience an Irish trip without leaving the region in a real Irish pub that respects the traditions of the land of Guinness. Located on rue Frédéric Thomas, a few steps from the Goya Museum, the Irish Pub The Quay welcomes you all year round at aperitif time. Beer lover and good humorer, you will be delighted to discover this place where conviviality is the priority, accompanied of course by a good Irish amber beer, without forgetting to taste their specialties !

Irish Pub The Quay, the Irish clover pub in Castres

Experience unique moments at The Quay, where theme evenings are organized every month with open stages, blind tests, salsa or even concerts every Thursday and Friday evening. With family or friends, come and relax over a Guinness served according to the rules of the art, just like in Dublin. Beer is not the only specialty to discover since the restaurant “En Marge” welcomes you for lunch and dinner for a tasting of Irish recipes, made from fresh and local products. Guinness stew, Fish & Chips or tastou menu (understand tapas in Occitan), your taste buds will love traveling. Close your eyes, you are in Dublin.

Irish Pub The Quay, a pub with a typically Irish accent in Tarn

Celebrate Saint Patrick's Day all year round in Castres, in a 100 % Irish establishment. Warm and authentic, the setting immerses you in the atmosphere with wooden decorations, antique objects and stools to enjoy a fresh draft beer. At The Quay, we don't joke with Guinness, stored in barrels in a cold room at 6°C for at least 3 days without being handled. Served on tap with a double draft, it presents a creamy foam typical of Irish Guinness. Vary the pleasures with Irish ciders also on tap and whiskeys that will take your palate on a journey, not to mention a beautiful collection of bottled beers to discover in this Irish pub. Open from 4 p.m. Monday to Sunday, it is the ideal place for a friendly aperitif.

Visited the bar just after opening time but there is a good atmosphere when I returned in the evening. Very much a rugby pub. Good selection of beers.

Friendly and welcoming. The entertainment was not the best, but nice atmosphere. Not many comfy seats.

It was a rugby weekend so busy. Can recommend the burgers as it made excellent after match food. The cheese and charcuterie plate looked good to.

We specifically went because it's an Irish pub, not one person spoke English, so that was fun. Also no wifi or signal inside. I really wanted a steak and guinness pie, not on the menu. My husband...

The Irish Pub in Castres is the main meeting place for rugby fans visiting the town. The food is good but the menu is limited. Good beer, Guinness obviously! Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere.

Over priced drinks. Tapas ok but really pricey and beware when there is no price listed because you will get shafted. The staff, when in a good mood , is great. The few times I went , the beer was...
