What a pleasure to glide along the river when the sun comes out. Open from June to September , the Variation Sports Nature rental base located on the banks of the Aveyron in Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val welcomes you in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere at any time of the day. To your paddles!

Variation Sports Nature, water sports to discover in Aveyron

Get ready to experience a sensational day in a 100% natural setting , that of the Gorges de l'Aveyron. Several options are available to paddle at your own pace on the river, whether you are alone or with others. Comfortably seated in a kayak or a canoe , you can discover the beauty of the region on routes of 7 km, 11 km or 18 km to be completed in a few hours or in a day. The departure is from the base or in Feynerols, with an arrival at La Sole depending on the routes taken. Want to paddle without leaving all day? Rent a boat for an hour of navigation . Paddle fans can also enjoy their favorite activity for 1 hour or half a day in the heart of the natural landscapes of Aveyron , a soothing moment of calm on the river.

Variation Sports Nature, some conditions to respect to slide on the Aveyron

With family, friends or colleagues, canoeing, kayaking or paddle boarding are great ideas for having fun and sharing good times together . Accessible from the age of 5 , these activities are subject to a few conditions such as knowing how to swim, being equipped with a life jacket and closed shoes . It can be hot to slide on the water, remember to bring a cap or hat , sunscreen and something to hydrate yourself during your descent. Is the briefing over? Grab your paddles to advance on the Aveyron to discover the cliffs dug into the limestone, and the magnificent surrounding nature . On the way back, you can rest on an area at the water's edge, an ideal spot for a picnic .

The little extra? Bivouac outings over a few days to immerse yourself in the heart of Aveyron

We had a fantastic experience doing the 11km trip in the morning. The briefing and explanations were very clear and easy to follow and they even helped us out by speaking English - the team were great and helpful. The route itself was beautiful, with lots of variation between rapids and calm stretches. We would definitely recommend Variation Sports Nature!
