Super friendly and very quick service!! Although we came at 11.30, they managed to find croissants and chocolatines (definitely NOT pain au chocolat) and had a really tasty grand créme! Would recommend to anyone visiting Castres. Parking super easy underground and walk around the market!!

4 Stars for the food only because we didn't eat, just had a drink, the drinks were very good, great selection and the food did look good though. Only down side is the closeness to the road, but not a major problem

Etienne appears to be a top coffee shop in Castres: nice location next to the river, rich menu and quite busy with customers. Their Pain Perdu wasn’t the tastiest one I’ve ever had nor the biggest in portion but it was good nonetheless. The coffee was also good and the prices were reasonable. I l liked their setting inside: plenty of coffee and tea products to choose from (at what seemed to be more elevated prices compared to the menu).
