The Moulin de Corp in the Dourbie Gorges

The Gorges de la Dourbie were formed by the river Dourbie, between the Causse Noir and the Causse du Larzac. They are absolutely beautiful and much less frequented than those of Tarn or Aveyron. At the heart of this preserved natural environment, the charming Moulin de Corp is a beautiful stone building from the 19th century. A bridge spans the Dourbie. The medieval historic center of Millau

Millau is an old medieval city, which stretches along the banks of the Tarn. How can we talk about Millau without mentioning its spectacular viaduct? It is a modern work of art and an exceptional work of engineering. This cable-stayed bridge fits surprisingly into this natural and mineral environment of causses and gorges. The Templar Commandery of La Couvertoirade

The Templar Commandery of La Couvertoirade was built in the 12th century on the Causse du Larzac. It had the interest of protecting the fruits of the very fertile agricultural lands of the Causse, during the troubled period of the 100 Years War. The medieval heritage of La Couvertoirade has been particularly well preserved, which has earned it its classification as one of "the most beautiful villages in France".
